a picture of yourself
a white candle
a black candle
a amethyst quartz stone

Inside a circle of the sea salt, place your picture propped up with the quartz and the white candle. Program your white to protect yourself only from any and all harm from those known to you and not known to you and light it.

Program the black candle to absorb all negative energies in, on and around you and light it then place it on the outside of the circle of salt. Then let it burn itself out. This is a sure way to keep you from accruing any negative karma or feedback.

As a boost you can also use black salt to sprinkle around the perimeter of your home.
