Elemental Meditation

**CAUTION!!! : Fire can ruin some environments so not to much smoke or fire!**

Sit outside on a sitting stone (or if u don't have one the ground) look at ur surroundings u should be near the 5 elements: Fire, Water, Air, Earth and Spirit. for fire u can use candles or a fire pit or anything else that produces it. for water a pool, bowl of water, or a stream (which works best). For earth and air all u have to do is sit down and feel the wind and the soil! for spirit well u have that already.

Sit down breath in and out put one hand in the water and one on the earth if you have a candle place it in front of u and feel the heat swarm around you. close your eyes let the wind hit your face, the fires heat swarm around you and let yourself be one with mother earth. stay calm breath in and out, and in and out. let your spirit be one with the earths.

Breath in and out again. feel the peace of nature swirl around you. breath in and listen to the trees and water, breath out and listen to the animals and plants. (eyes still closed by the way)

Take ur hands back and put them together like you are praying. by doing that you'll be mixing the earth element with the water element. put the hand that was on the earth into the water and the hand that was in the water on the earth. (eyes still closed)

Again listen.

Tthink of all the good that is in the world!

Bring ur hands up and put them on ur knees(which should be crossed) and listen again. combined your spirit with natures with the elements and the earths.

Open ur eyes....

You are one..

Listen breath and smile when u pass nature, the elements were ever u go.


and i swear you'll hear them talking.
