Make poppet - a small doll of white cloth stuffed with cotton or similar.

Cut a hole over the heart and place some of the unfaithful one's hair and nail clippings in there and sew it up. Hold the doll in both hands and say, "I name thee (name of person)"

Now take red cord and wrap it firmly around the doll binding the legs, arms, mouth and groin as you say:

"I bind thee from unfaithfulness
I bind thee from betraying me"

When you have finished hold the doll in both hands and say: "This I declare for the good of all, So Mote It Be".

If you can put the doll under your partner's bed.
